Phil is an inventor/entrepreneur with a passion for tackling big problems. With the fiscal crisis growing world wide, financial literacy is more important than ever, and an important part of fixing an ailing global economy.
Phil first began teaching financial concepts in partnership with Rich Dad with Robert Kyosaki and Sharon Lechter, co-authors of Rich Dad Poor Dad. With Rich Dad, Phil designed and developed RichKidSmartKid.com, and the CD ROM game "Cashflow for Kids". A series that taught investing to kids grades Kindergarten to High School. Recently, Phil developed PayYourFamilyFirst.com, ThriveTimeGame.com and re-designed the soon to be re-released Youthpreneur.com for Sharon Lechter and the Pay Your Family First team.
Other kids titles include "Stay Safe Online with Shaquille ONeal and Tara Lipinsky" for Microsoft and Boys and Girls Club of America and an online version of "Body Fun" teaching kids about health risk factors and proper diet and exercise for the Cancer Research Foundation.
Phil resides in Seattle and is the President and CEO RoganStreet, Inc. and a Senior Lead User Experience Designer at Microsoft.

Kelly J. BrownleeIllustrator
Seattle-based illustrator Kelly Brownlee has worked as freelance artist for national clients that include the A& E Channel, Burger King, Scholastic, Microsoft, Priceline, Seattle Magazine, Harcourt Publishers,and many others. Her work has been published in textbooks, magazines and on children's clothing at Target and K-Mart. She also has contributed to many online and mobile games for Mobliss and PopCap Games.
